C. At least 24 hours before placing any concrete, submit signed certification <br />providing the following: <br />1. Exact location and portion of structure to be placed. <br />2. Date and time concrete is to be placed. <br />3. Type of concrete to be used (mix), and the method to be used in <br />placing the concrete. <br />4. Estimated quantity of concrete to be placed. <br />5. That line and grade have been checked and grade properly <br />compacted. <br />6. That location, type, size and spacing or reinforcing has been <br />checked and are as indicated. <br />7. That any water stops, construction joints, or seals have been placed <br />and are as indicated on the drawings. <br />8. That any embedded pipes have been placed and are correct size, <br />type and are as indicated on the drawings. <br />9. That embedded conduits, grounding wires or receptacles have been <br />placed and are as indicated on the drawings. <br />10. That any embedded anchor bolts, bearing plates, dowels etc. are in <br />place and are of the correct size and located as indicated on the <br />drawings. <br />11. That forms are properly located and adequately braced. <br />Note: Contractor will not be permitted to place any concrete until he <br />complies with the above as verified by the field inspector. <br />PART 2: PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MATERIALS: <br />A. Concrete Reinforcement: Section 03200, CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT. <br />B. Polyethylene Vapor Barrier: Membrane with a permeance of less than 0.3 <br />perms determined in accordance with ASTM E96, glass fiber reinforced so <br />as to be resistant to deterioration and puncture during construction. <br />07/06 03300 -6 <br />05 -5564 <br />
