ICivil Works, Inc. ' systems, force main systems, sanitary and drainage pump stations, drainage plans, storm sewer rehabilitation, existing parking lot rehabilitation, canals, lakes and other water retention/detention storm water management systems and land development subdivision planning, design and permit processing. HIGHWAYS/TRANSPORTATION SERVICES includes minor and major roadway design, roadway drainage analysis and designs, roadway rehabilitation design, signing and pavement marking plans, traffic control plans, roadway lighting and signalization plans, FDOT 3R roadway projects, FDOT driveway applications, related traffic studies and application processing and bike path improvements. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES include Traffic Studies, Traffic Planning, Traffic Mitigation Plans, Signal Warrant Studies and Traffic Signal Designs. ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES includes the study design and permitting of environmentally sensitive lands, wetland preservation and impact mitigation, dredge and fill areas for development, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for construction activities, water quality analysis, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and Department of Protection (DEP) permits and processing. AIRPORT SERVICES include airside and landside paving, grading, drainage, utility relocation, water distribution, sewer collection, pump stations and parking analysis. SEAPORT SERVICES include paving, grading, drainage, dredge and fill projects with environmental applications, lighting, water, sewer, parking studies, navigational application procedures and processing. ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES: Civil Works maintains a project -based accounting system in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation. These records are subjected to annual examination by an independent accounting firm. SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT ' The firm maintains in -house computer systems with plotting capabilities. All CADD systems consist of high -end Pentium processing units with high resolution monitors. Software packages include Microstation ' and AutoCAD with Softdesk engineering design. A high speed T -1 connection is used for communications and data transmissions during project design and development.
