The project area is nearly completely <br />commercial /industrial in nature and Chen and Associates has begun a <br />proactive public relations campaign to keep the businesses informed for <br />coordination purposes in the construction phase. Chen and Associates is also <br />carefully studying the existing utilities in the area to avoid unnecessary <br />relocations during the drainage retrofit.
