He is principal -in- charge for the Central Broward <br />• County and Broadview Park Neighborhood Improvement Projects. He also served as assistant program <br />manager of a design and construction program management team for Broward County North Regional WWTP <br />expansion ($82 millions) and the world largest Detroit Wastewater Treatment Plant with a five -year <br />construction program budget of $1.0 billion. He designed many water and wastewater treatment plants in <br />Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Hawaii. He designed water plants for <br />Hallandale, Lauderhill and Pembroke Pines; and wastewater plant for Cooper City.
