TEAM APPROACH Between RJ Behar and The City of Sunny Isles Beach We will keep City's project manager well informed of all project issues. We will try to minimize the City's project manager's day-to-day involvement by either 1) obtaining needed information ourselves, 2) maximizing electronic information transfer (e-mail), 3) conference calls and 4) provide prompt meeting minutes. Between RJ Behar and Subconsultants We will make use of electronic transfer of information in order to maintain close communication ties throughout the project. It will be our sole responsibility to make sure that our subconsultants comply with their schedule and the quality of their deliverable. As the prime consultant, we will schedule work tasks to get the required data to our subconsultants as soon as possible. We will provide our team with project schedules and all updates to that effect. From our project examples listed within the proposal you will see that RJ Behar staff has extensive experience working on general engineering services contracts for many agencies.
