<br /> <br />o SUNNY <br />clSLES <br />u BEACH <br /> <br /> <br />The experience of the key personnel assigned to <br />the engagement is critical to providing you with an <br />effective and efficient audit. These are the professionals <br />who will be on the job on a day-to-day basis; they <br />need to be experienced in auditing governmental <br />entities. These professionals must be familiar with <br />the complexities of governmental accounting, auditing <br />and financial reporting, including GASB 34, the <br />Federal and Florida Single Audit Acts, OMB Circular <br />A-133, fund operations, State laws and Rules of the <br />Auditor General. <br />The individuals listed will be assigned to the <br />engagement. All key individuals assigned to this <br />engagement are licensed to practice as a Certified <br />Public Accountant in the State of Florida. The following <br />is a brief description of each individual's experience <br />in governmental audits. <br />Resumes on each key individual that will be <br />assigned to this engagement team are included in <br />this section of the proposal. A three year summary <br />of CPE credits related to government sector activities <br />and other CPE is presented. In addition, our commit- <br />ment to active participation in local governmental organ- <br />izations is included in the resumes. The resumes also <br />include each individuals educational background and <br />other pertinent information. <br /> <br />G. Jerry Chiocca, CPA <br />Engagement Partner <br />Jerry Chiocca has more than 35 years of experience <br />in public accounting, serving a wide array of clients in <br />the governmental sector. Mr. Chiocca will manage all <br />services provided to the City and will ensure that <br />professional services are delivered timely and efficiently. <br />Mr. Chiocca will facilitate the communications <br />between the audit engagement team and the <br />City's management. <br /> <br />Rachlin~o1ti <br /> <br />Accountants . Advisors <br /> <br />Michael D. Futterman, CPA <br />Concurring Audit Partner <br />Michael Futterman is a partner in the Governmental <br />Services Group. Mr. Futterman has more than 17 <br />years experience in the governmental sector. As the <br />concurring audit partner, he will be responsible for the <br />successful completion of the engagement and will <br />be available to member of the engagement team <br />and management of the City as a high-level <br />technical resource. <br /> <br />Duane Mathis, CPA <br />Audit Supervisor <br />As audit supervisor, Mr. Mathis will be coordinating <br />the day to day operations of the audit team.
