Hines, CMC, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />1/20/20 II <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Resolution Revising City Commission Meeting 20 II Schedule <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution amending the <br />schedule of City Commission meetings for the remainder of the year 2011, by changing <br />the February 17,2011 regular meeting to February 23, 2011. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Due to a conflict in a Commissioner's schedule, it is requested that the February 17,2011 <br />City Commission meeting be moved to Wednesday, February 23, 2011 beginning at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />A Workshop is also being scheduled that evening at 5:30 p.m. to hear a presentation on <br />the Sunshine Law and on Ethics Regulations. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
