The bidder shall take into consideration the items listed bellow in their monthly rental rate and these items shall not be included on the monthly invoice as additional charges to the City; • Mobilization / Trip • Fuel / Environmental Charges • Permits • Equipment • Pick up • Disposal • Administration Fees ➢ Response to Questions: 1) Is there a Bid Security or a Performance Bond with the Bid 11 -01 -01 that has to be submitted?
