<br />RUSSO, Inc. (E&R) was founded in 1985 to provide
<br />the southeastern United States with high-quality
<br />engineering and planning services. The firm
<br />maintains regional and field offices throughout the
<br />State of Florida with a total full time staff of over 80
<br />employees.

<br />E&R staff offers extensive government, academic
<br />and business experience to provide its public
<br />and private clients with exceptional consulting
<br />services that include the completion of projects
<br />within established budgets and time schedules.
<br />The firm has successfully completed projects for
<br />private utilities, developers, architects, municipal
<br />agencies, school boards, and various county, state
<br />and federal government agencies. E&R staff is
<br />composed of registered professional engineers,
<br />registered engineer interns, fully-qualified CEI
<br />project engineers and administrators, contract
<br />support specialists, inspectors and field technicians,
<br />designers, CADD technicians and a well-rounded
<br />administrative support team; this is a dedicated

<br />Department of Transportation roadway work,
<br />utilities, and storm water
