I I !I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Professional General Engineering Consultant 2 -Statement of Qualifications Roles & Responsibilities McMahon is confident in its team and personnel and their ability to deliver a superior product--not only in terms of engineering and innovation--but also project management. Successful projects are the results of excellent project management. Mr. Thomas A. Hall will serve as Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge. Mr. Hall is a talented project manager with 33 years of engineering experience and a track record for delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Juan C. Villalba, P.E" P.T.D.E., with experience in all aspects of traffic engineering, transportation planning, operations optimization, continuous enhancement and re-engineering projects, will serve as the Traffic Engineering Project Manager. Mr. Adam K. Maze, P.E" with a vast array of experience including, but not limited to, pavement design, drainage analysis and design, geometric design, maintenance of traffic, lighting, signalization, specifications package preparation, and phase submittal preparation and delivery will lead the Roadway Engineering tasks. John Kim. P.E., P.T.D.E. will lead the Planning and Feasibility Study tasks. John's tenure as the Section Head of the Traffic Concurrency Section with the Traffic Engineering Division of Miami-Dade County included managing the entire Traffic Concurrency Management Program for the County. Since becoming a consultant four years ago, he has assisted many municipalities with their transportation planning needs. Mr. Trent Ebersole, P.E. will serve as the Engineer of Record for Civil Engineering. To ensure a high degree of excellence not only in our technical assignments, but management as well, Richard DiCesare, P.E., P.T.D.E. will conduct quality reviews for the project from work authorization to project completion. Mr. DiCesare will work with Tom Hall to coordinate all assignments performed by McMahon and our sub-consultants that include quality assurance reviews. Our strong local presence and immediate availability of experts will ensure the City of Sunny Isles Beach a quick response to assignments. In addition, because of our size and that of our teammates, McMahon offers the ability to complete multiple, simultaneous task assignments. The following table summarizes the key staff with years of experience and assigned roles for this project. Our project management approach is simple and uncomplicated.
