R.E. Chisholm Architects, Inc., (REC), has achieved a level of expertise in the area described in the City's Scope of Services. REC is a full service architectural firm, located in Miami-Dade County, with over twenty-five years of experience working on various municipal projects. The firm has had extensive experience in the planning, development, design and construction of prominent commercial, industrial, govemmental, institutional, and multi-family residential projects. All of the firm's activities in the areas of design, documentation, cost estimating, scheduling and specifications are fully computerized. REC provides landscaping layout and design however an outside consultant would be required for professional landscape architectural services. Over the years, the firm has been the recipient of numerous awards from local, state and national organizations recognizing excellence in design. This coupled with a focused approach to the highest level of service possible with an involvement in a wide variety of project types make up the substance of this firm.
