<br />The firm of Corzo Castella Carballo Thompson Salman, PA, (C3TS) is pleased to submit
<br />our Statement of Qualifications for the above referenced professional services for your
<br />review and consideration.
<br />
<br />C3TS is a recognized local, multi-discipline architecture and engineering firm. Our in-house
<br />design teams include civil, structural and municipal designers with extensive experience in
<br />the planning, design and rehabilitation of public sector facilities. C3TS has worked with
<br />numerous South Florida municipalities and counties under General Architecture service
<br />contracts including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St. Lucie County and recently
<br />Martin County, as well as municipalities such as Town of Palm Beach, Coral Springs,
<br />Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Margate,
<br />Miramar, Davie, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Miami, South Miami, North Miami, Opa-Locka,
<br />North Miami Beach, Miami Beach, Sweetwater, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Hialeah and
<br />Medley. We have also worked on continuing service contracts for other state agencies and
<br />entities such as Florida Department of Transportation, Department of Management
<br />Services, Florida Atlantic University, Florida International University, University of Miami,
<br />University of Central Florida, Department of Environmental Resources Management and
<br />South Florida Water Management District. In addition to our general service contracts, we
<br />have worked for numerous other municipalities on capital or design-build projects as the
<br />lead designer on projects ranging from roadway and drainage improvements to parks and
<br />recreation facilities.
