(RC&P) - a firm that not only has received over 45 design awards but has a proven history of working within general service contracts for such clients as the United States Postal Service (3 yrs.), Naval Air Station in Key West (2 yrs.), Miami-Dade County Public Schools (11 + yrs.), Florida International University (2 yrs.), Orange County Public Schools (2 yrs.), University of Miami (currently at 10+ yrs.) and the City of Miami (4 yrs). RC&P is a 28 year old Coral Gables based, Hispanic owned firm and we are pleased to express our professional interest in this very important project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We offer a uniquely qualified team of professionals in the fields of architecture and engineering for your consideration. RC&P believes in interactive design involving early participation of user groups including planning, construction and maintenance personnel. Our approach to this design process will be based on sound design and planning principles, with the flexibility required to accommodate changes, programming needs, site constraints, massing, context anQ enhancing the City of Sunny Isles Beach. The design team is poised to provide the city with exceptional, professional services, encouraging the interaction of its patrons at all levels. Our firm has an extensive history of General Service Contracts with several institutional and government agencies. As General Architect! Engineering Service Consultant for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, we completed over 1,000 service orders, with at least 20 of them on-going simultaneously at anyone time during three separate contract periods and two contract extensions, spanning a total of thirteen years. Services ranged from simple assessment / programming reports or investigations to multi-million dollar additions, remodeling, renovations and/or new facility construction. At the University of Miami, RC&P has completed projects ranging from the renovations of the Facilities Department to a new WVUM radio station and multiple projects to expand and modernize both Richter Library and the new Alex Rodriguez Baseball Stadium. With these unique, complex and intricate projects, RC&P provides award-winning design services, while remaining within the client's o
