CMF has <br />received certification from the Department ofDBD from Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida. <br /> <br />As a full service Architecture, Interior Design and Construction firm, CMF has assembled a team of <br />seasoned professionals with extensive experience in Master Planning, Design, Construction Documents <br />and Construction Management of all types of Projects. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CMF is recognized for its unique approach to its project deliverable. Designing the project that meets the <br />program requirements, providing creativity in design, staying within the set budget and maintaining the <br />project on the set schedule. This process starts at the inception of the project and it is followed through the <br />project completion. This is accomplished by the implementation of our management approach and the <br />direct management involvement in each and every project. <br /> <br />The Firm has an array of Project types experience for remodeling and new construction, including the <br />following: Educational Facilities, Recreational Facilities, Auditoriums, Hospitality / Hotels, Commercial / <br />Retail Stores, Restaurants and Medical/ Health Facilities, Airport, and Mass Transit StationslFacilities. <br /> <br />Similar project types experience that relate to possible projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach were <br />projects completed for Miami Community College, Monroe County School Board, and Miami-Dade <br />County Parks Department. <br /> <br />The involvement with Miami-Dade College included the renovation of the Bursars Office, the 4th Street <br />Plaza at the Wolfson Campus, the Jogging Track at the North Campus and the Snack Bar at the Medical <br />Campus. <br /> <br />Our experience with Miami-Dade County Parks Department includes the master planning and design of the <br />Woman's Gallery located at the Woman's Park, the master planning and design of phase one of Homestead <br />Air Reserve Regional Park, and the Utilities Master Plan for the Homestead Air Reserve Regional Park. <br />Projects in progress with the Parks Department include the Southridge Community and Aquatic Center, <br />Phase III on which CMF is providing Construction Management Services, Constructability Reviews, <br />QA/QC, Cost Estimating, and the Construction Administration for the project. <br /> <br />Monroe County Schools System projects included the Storm Renovation and Mold Remediation to the <br />Science Building at Marathon High School, the Re-roofing of the Vocational Studies Building at Marathon <br />High School, the Mechanical Penthouse Addition to the Music Building, the Cafeteria/Auditorium <br />Addition!
