<br />Architeknics would like to express their interest in providing Professional General Architectural
<br />Services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We have a combined team of professionals which are
<br />highly qualified, experienced, and thoroughly versed in SREF, Florida Building Code, and ADA
<br />requirements, to provide you with services that will satisfy all project requirements.
<br />
<br />Our most recent experience has been with Continuinq Contracts for Educational Facilities and
<br />various governmental agencies, which will serve well for this specific type of contract. These
<br />services have included scope programming, life safety upgrading, feasibility studies, ADA
<br />surveys and barrier removal, re-roofing projects, exterior waterproofing and indoor air quality
<br />projects, facility's master planning, sport facilities complex, prototype school facilities (ie, P .E.
<br />Shelters, Dining Shelters, Enhanced Clinics, field houses), hurricane assessments and
<br />preparedness plans, remodelings, additions and renovations at various sites.
