Our commitment to professionalism and strong project management has allowed us to playa key role in the <br />development of public and private projects. The services we offer are tailored to the unique needs of our clients and the <br />specific requirements of the projects for which we are responsible. <br /> <br />The firm, founded in 1976 by Mark L. Saltz, an architect and general contractor, has grown dynamically. Charles A. <br />Michelson joined the firm in 1980 and became a principal in 1990. The combined knowledge and expertise of the entire <br />O Saltz Michelson Architects TEAM ensures a consistent standard of design and quality for every project. In 2001, James <br />M. Hartley Architects, a 45 year old firm, merged with Saltz Michelson Architects. <br /> <br />Saltz Michelson Architects assigns a project manager to each project with the responsibility to coordinate all aspects of <br />the project from design through construction and to keep the client informed on a continuing basis. The project <br />manager reports directly to a principal who has direct involvement in all phases of the proposed work. <br /> <br />The firm's success is based upon commitment to quality and ability to ensure continuity and proficient execution of the <br />work. The principal in charge will remain with the project for its duration to provide the highest level of management and <br />supervision within the firm. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL STATE OF THE BUSINESS <br />The financial state of Saltz Michelson Architects has been consistently strong over the years. We are planning to move <br />our offices to a larger space early next year in order to keep up with the business' growth.
