He <br />participated as a peer reviewer and quality control specialist on over 200 parking <br />structure projects. <br /> <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Miami Courthouse Garage <br />Miami, FL <br />This 850 space, mixed-use facility, adjacent to the new Federal Courthouse in <br />downtown Miami, will house two retail spaces on the ground floor, and more than <br />30,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami Parking Authority's <br />administrative offices. <br /> <br />Union Station Parking Expansion <br />Washington, DC <br />TimHaahs designed the expansion, renovation, and beautification of the parking <br />garage serving historic Union Station. The expansion added 1000 spaces on five <br />levels of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete, increasing the garage capacity to <br />2,500 spaces. <br /> <br />Hamilton Square at the University of Pennsylvania <br />Philadelphia, PA <br />This mixed-use parking garage revitalized an entire downtown corridor, creating a <br />"people place" for the University of Pennsylvania campus. The grade level <br />features a supermarket to serve students and residents. It also provides 800 <br />parking spaces. for the downtown area. <br /> <br />City of Naples Public Parking Facility <br />Naples, FL <br />This four tier, 341 space facility provided much needed parking to employees and <br />customers of the exclusive Fifth Avenue South shopping area, in addition to <br />supporting the Naples Players Theater located directly adjacent to the facility. <br /> <br />Children's Medical Center <br />Dayton, OH <br />The 400 space Children's Medical Center parking garage serves both patients <br />and visitors, providing much needed parking on the hospital campus. <br /> <br />Norristown Transportation Center <br />Norristown, PA <br />TimHaahs designed the new intermodal facility, which includes a 522 space <br />garage and bus terminal. The new facility will allow for the expansion of SEPTA <br />bus and rail transit to the area. <br />
