<br />1, New storefront glass enclosure for existing east stair,

<br />2, New concrete roof over existing Post office,
<br />1st floor,
<br />3, New vestibule entrance for existing Council Chambers,
<br />1 st floor,
<br />4, New storefront glass in front of existing elevator doors,
<br />2nd floor.
<br />5, New floor drains installed into existing concrete slab,

<br />6, New galvanized steel canopy over exiting elevator doors,

<br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida
<br />33160 at no cost. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available,

<br />Bidding Documents may be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach,
<br />at the above-referenced address,
<br />
<br />Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid, must
<br />accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders,
<br />
<br />The contract will be awarded by the Owner to the lowest responsible and
<br />Iresponsive bidder whose bid best serves the interest of, and represents
<br />the best value to, the Owner pursuant to the criteria set forth in Section
<br />62-8 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Price is only a factor in
<br />determining the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

<br />cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Bid,
