The enclosed documentation will show that Crowder has the experience, equipment, <br />industry knowledge, and financial resources that are necessary to provide the level of service and <br />professionalism that Mobile County deserves after a disaster. <br /> <br />Eleven years ago, the principals of Jimmie Crowder Excavating and Land Clearing, Inc. partnered with Gulf <br />Equipment Corporation and established Crowder-Gulf to utilize over 50 years of disaster debris experience. <br />As half partner in the Crowder-Gulf joint venture, they provided disaster debris services to state and local <br />governments throughout the country. We recently withdrew from the joint venture. Crowder Disaster <br />Recovery provides full disaster related services to all levels of government, from pre-event planning to <br />project close out. <br /> <br />We have corporate offices located in Thomasville, Georgia, Tallahassee, Florida, and Carrabelle, Florida. Our <br />personnel have planned and managed successful disaster debris and reduction operations throughout the <br />country. Crowder has a reputation of managing projects in a safe, orderly, and timely manner. Our personnel <br />are well diverse in all aspects of this industry and look forward to providing you the level of service that we <br />have to many municipalities in the past. <br /> <br />If selected, Crowder would be completely devoted to the needs of Mobile County. Please review our list of <br />company owned trucks, grinders, and other equipment that will be needed should Mobile County experience <br />a disaster.
