Cleanup <br />shall be in accordance with applicable Federal and local laws and regulations. <br /> <br />Spills other than on-the-site shall be reported to the National Response Center, and the City Debris <br />Manager immediately following discovery. A written follow-up shall be submitted to the City Debris Manager <br />not later than 7 days after the initial report. The written report shall be in narrative fonn, and as a minimum <br />shall include the following: <br /> <br />. Description of the material spilled (including identity, quantity, etc.). <br />. Determination as to whether or not the amount spilled is EPAlState reportable, and when and to whom <br />it was reported. <br />. Exact time and location of spill, including description of the area involved. <br />· Receiving stream or waters. <br />. Cause of incident and equipment and personnel involved. <br />. Injuries or property damage. <br />. Duration of discharge. <br />. Containment procedures initiated. <br />. Summary of all communications the Contractor(s) has had with press or other officials. <br />. Description of cleanup procedures employed or to be employed at the site, including disposal location <br />of spill residue. <br />.
