Brooks - started disaster debris recovery in 1979 and his grinding experience began <br />1996. Before he and Greg Rodgers started TAG Grinding Services, Incorporated, Jerry <br />personally worked as a sub-contractor and supervisor for prime contractors on disaster debris <br />removal projects from inception to completion. Jerry is on the job site and personally oversees <br />the start of each disaster debris recovery operation. He coordinates <br />equipment procurement and home/office activities. <br /> <br />Marion Brooks. Jr. - has been a project manager with TAG Grinding Services, Inc. since 1998. <br />He specializes in managing disaster debris restoration operations, but also oversees projects for <br />land clearing contractors, and landfill debris reduction. Before coming to TAG Grinding Services, <br />Inc., he was supervisor over clearing right-of-ways for Alabama Power for fifteen (15) years. He has experience as <br />project manager and managing disaster debris restoration. He retired from Russell Corporation <br />in Alexander City, Alabama as a supervisor of production. His mobile: (256)-794-3957. <br /> <br />Dorothy Montgomery - has been in charge of documentation and bookkeeping for TAG <br />Grinding Services, Inc. on disaster responses since 1999. She handles all paper work pertaining <br />to disaster debris restoration and is trained and experienced in compiling all documentation to <br />assure the local government is reimbursed by FEMA. She retired from Liberty National Life <br />Insurance Company as an office manager in charge of accounting. <br /> <br />PhilliD Goodwin - operates as a project manager, coordinating jobs and equipment <br />placements for day-to-day operations. Mr. Goodwin has been with TAG Grinding Services, Inc. <br />since 1998 performing management duties in this field of personnel management and <br />equipment maintenance. Before coming to TAG Grinding Services, Inc., Mr. Goodwin spent 15 <br />years as a foreman for logging crews. This consisted of managing equipment and personnel and <br />performing harvesting timber while m~eting federal, state, and local regulations. <br /> <br />Jeff Hill - has a civil engineering degree from Auburn University, retired with 32 years of <br />military construction management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Other duties were to <br />assist the Corps of Engineers Emergency operations and work with FEMA on disaster response <br />from 1989-2005. Started as a damage assessment estimator for public assistance and became <br />assessment team coordinator. Became Corp of Engineers coordinator for the state of Georgia. <br />He was a member of first response team and became a team leader of the housing strike force <br />for FEMA and action officer for Public Assistance Emergency Power.
