Before he and Greg Rodgers started TAG Grinding Services, Incorporated, Jerry personally worked as a sub-contractor and supervisor for prime contractors on disaster debris removal projects from inception to completion. He coordinates equipment procurement and home/office activities. Marion Brooks. Jr. - has been a project manager with TAG Grinding Services, Inc. since 1998. He specializes in managing disaster debris restoration operations, but also oversees projects for land clearing contractors, and landfill debris reduction. Dorothy Montgomery - has been in charge of documentation and bookkeeping for TAG Grinding Services, Inc. on disaster responses since 1999. She handles all paper work pertaining to disaster debris restoration and is trained and experienced in compiling all documentation to assure the local government is reimbursed by FEMA. She retired from Liberty National Life Insurance Company as an office manager in charge of accounting. PhilliD Goodwin - operates as a project manager, coordinating jobs and equipment placements for day-to-day operations. Mr. Goodwin has been with TAG Grinding Services, Inc. since 1998 performing management duties in this field of personnel management and equipment maintenance. Before coming to TAG Grinding Services, Inc., Mr. Goodwin spent 15 years as a foreman for logging crews. This consisted of managing equipment and personnel and performing harvesting timber while m~eting federal, state, and local regulations. Jeff Hill - has a civil engineering degree from Auburn University, retired with 32 years of military construction management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Other duties were to assist the Corps of Engineers Emergency operations and work with FEMA on disaster response from 1989-2005. Started as a damage assessment estimator for public assistance and became assessment team coordinator. Became Corp of Engineers coordinator for the state of Georgia.
