<br />. . <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />the demolition of 417 homes for the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama. <br />Within hours of the landfall of Hurricane Katrina he was on site in Louisiana leading the <br />project in East Baton Rouge. Mr. Wilson has since and is currently working on the <br />Louisiana DOTD project and is responsible for the management ofthe project for debris <br />removal that encompasses thirteen parishes. He has personally overseen the management <br />of this project that accounts for the recovery of 2.2 million cubic yards of debris. Mr. <br />Wilson has international project management experience that extends as far as Nogliki, <br />Russia where he served as Civil Engineering Consultant to Exxon Mobil in the building <br />of an airport, a project valued at $58 million. He was the Construction Manager <br />managing and overseeing the installation of water and sewer infrastructure for an entire <br />country in Central America <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Eli Zatezalo is Director of Marine Services. Prior to joining DRC, Mr. Zatezalo was the <br />Managing Partner of Blake Marine Group LLC, a marine based company specializing in <br />salvage and brokerage as well as a partner in Gulf Coast Marine Recovery LLC. Mr. <br />Zatezalo was residing in Biloxi, Mississippi when Hurricane Katrina made landfall. <br />After surveying the extent of the damage he immediately went to work securing salvage, <br />demolition and marine debris removal contracts. These included the opening/demolition <br />of the Highway 90 Bascule Bridge in Bay St. Louis for the Mississippi Department of <br />Transportation (MDOT), the marine based demolition and salvage contract for Harrah's <br />Casino - Lake Charles and numerous salvage contracts for commercial vessels and <br />barges. Mr. Zatezalo has been instrumental in the recovery of vessels in need of salvage <br />due to past hurricanes. Before entering the salvage business, Mr. Zatezalo specialized in <br />marine transportation of vessels via the load on / load off method utilizing ship based <br />cranes. Previously he was a captain and engineer on vessels ranging in size from 72ft. to <br />211 ft. Since joining DRC, he has managed and supervised all marine debris projects <br />including those in Monroe County, Florida and Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana as well as <br />our extensive participation in U.S. Coast Guard projects on the Gulf Coast. He is also a <br />veteran of the US Anny. <br /> <br />Dr. Walter Maestri is Emergency Management Consultant. Dr. Maestri served for over <br />a decade as Director of Emergency Management for Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, playing <br />a key role in preparation and evacuation planning for Louisiana's largest suburban parish. <br />His expertise and experience have been utilized by federal and state emergency planners <br />as well as nationwide news networks over the past ten years. Most recently, Dr. Maestri <br />served the citizens of his parish and state with distinction during Hurricane Katrina and <br />its aftermath, the nation's worst-ever natural disaster. He has authored over a dozen <br />publications and presentations on emergency management, has ten different certifications <br />from the Emergency Management Institute and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency, and holds a bachelors degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, as well as a <br />doctorate from the University of Southern Mississippi. <br /> <br />Q <br /> <br />Daniel Craig is Federal Emergency Management Consultant. Mr. Craig most recently <br />served as Director of the Recovery Division for the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security.
