~ () Q Senior Quality Control Officer Chuck Prieur is Quality Control Systems Manager. Mr. Prieur worked extensively in East Baton Rouge, St. Tammany, St. Charles, and Plaquemines Parishes on the Hurricane Katrina Louisiana OOTO project. He started his own business in 1985, with the acquisition of a full service gas station. His business expanded to own and manage four stations. Mr. Prieur served as a liaison to Shell Oil on Dealer Related Issues as well as served as a consultant to Shell Oil for purposes of developing a new business model. He also owned and managed a full service financial services company for six years. He majored in accounting at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. He is certified in Asbestos Supervision and N.I.M.S. Quality Control Management Dan Crowley is Safety Manager. Dan joined ORC in September of 2005 as a project supervisor for Tangipahoa Parish on the Louisiana OOTO project. The landfall of Hurricane Rita took Mr. Crowley to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas where he was the project manager and oversaw the removal and recovery of 900,000 cubic yards of debris. The 2005 stonn season also took Mr. Crowley to Miami-Dade County following Hurricane. He was the Project Manager there and oversaw the recovery of 226,000 cubic yards of debris. Prior to joining ORC, Dan worked as a manager for over 5 years, where supervised 20 employees daily, customer relations, accounting, logistics and inventory. He graduated from Brother Martin High in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1998. He attended the University of New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana, where he studied business management. Mr. Crowley holds certifications in Asbestos Supervision, OSHA General Industry, and N.I.M.S. Kristy Fuentes is Area Manager. Ms. Fuentes has extensive experience in management, contracts, and documentation. Prior to joining ORC, Ms. Fuentes served in office management and accounting roles for civil engineers Jeffrey, Thomas, A vegno, Inc. (1992-94), executed real estate contracts and documentation for attorneys Casey, Babin, & Casey (1995-1998), and in management and project management for LASH Homes, Inc. (1998-2004). Beginning in 2004, Ms. Fuentes owned her own business and managed nine employees. Since joining ORC in 2005, Ms. Fuentes has managed our regional office and provided project management and documentation support for all of ORC's Louisiana projects including the LAOEQ "Katrina Car" Vehicle Removal contract, South Shore Harbor (New Orleans), the LAOEQ "Chris and Shane" project, a St. Bernard Parish FEMA trailer contract, St. Tammany Parish drainage system debris removal, and a GOVERNMENT Earthen Clay delivery contract. She also coordinated multi- million dollar shipments of materiel to Haiti in support a US State Department project work camp constructed by ORe. 58
