This Section specifies cast-in-place architectural concrete including form facings, reinforcement <br />accessories, concrete materials, concrete mixture design, placement procedures, and fmishes. <br /> <br />B. See Division 3 Section "Cast-in-Place Concrete" for formwork; material, fabrication, and <br />installation requirements for steel reinforcement; and field quality control. <br /> <br />1.2 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Product Data: For each type of product indicated. <br /> <br />B. LEED Submittals: <br /> <br />1. Product Data for Credit MR4.1[ and Credit MR 4.2]: For products having recycled <br />content, documentation indicating percentages by weight of postconsumer and <br />preconsumer recycled content. <br /> <br />a. Include statement indicating costs for each product having recycled content. <br /> <br />2. Design Mixtures for Credit ill 1.1: For each concrete mixture containing fly ash as a <br />replacement for portland cement or other portland cement replacements and for <br />equivalent concrete mixtures that do not contain portland cement replacements. <br /> <br />C. Design Mixtures: For each concrete mixture. <br /> <br />D. Formwork Shop Drawings. <br /> <br />E. Placement schedule. <br /> <br />F. Samples: For each of the following materials: <br /> <br />1. Form-facing panel. <br />2. Form ties. <br />3. Form liners. <br />4. Coarse- and fine-aggregate gradations. <br />5. Chamfers and rustications. <br /> <br />G.
