From the moment, I <br />approached Link Construction Group their team of professionals displayed all <br />the proper qualities necessary to manage our project, taking into account the <br />sensitivity I complexity of the project, the timeline requirements, and <br />expediting the design and permits process. <br /> <br />I was truly impressed that the team made sure to incorporate my vision into <br />each of the phases of the project, including my personal initiated changes. I <br />always got answers to questions within hours and updates on a regular basis <br />during each part of the permitting and construction process. Unfortunately, <br />Link was presented some unexpected surprises and unforeseen conditions, <br />Mike Quesada, my project executive, addressed all issues and presented all <br />resolutions in a timely manor so that the project schedule would be maintained <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Although the cafe within the hospital was a relatively small project in square <br />footage, the issues at hand were as complex as any large-scale project if not <br />more complicated; I always felt that my project was top priority at Link <br />Construction Group. I was very happy with the quality of the finished product, <br />and every aspect of the project from start to finish.
