<br />A. Applicable ANSI, ASTM, FED. SPEC. Standards and Specifications, and applicable building <br />codes and other public agencies having jurisdiction upon the Work. <br /> <br />B. Construct the system in accordance with local codes, ordinances and laws, and <br />manufacturer's instructions. <br /> <br />C. Disruption, destruction, or disturbance of existing plant, trees, shrubs, turf, or any <br />structure shall be completely restored at CONTRACTOR'S expense. <br /> <br />D. Prevent foreign materials, such as, concrete, mortar mix, limerock, soil, grease, oils, etc. <br />from mixing with native soil except as specified herein. <br /> <br />E. Obtain permits and pay required fees to governmental agencies having jurisdiction over <br />the Work. Inspections required by local ordinances or codes shall be arranged as <br />required. <br /> <br />F. Work shall be guaranteed for one year from date of acceptance against all defects in <br />materials, equipment and workmanship. Repairs, if required, shall be done promptly. <br /> <br />1.03 SUBMmALS <br /> <br />A. Provide catalog cut sheets of products specified or required. The cut sheets shall list <br />manufacturer's name, catalog name, and catalog number as well as size, type, and <br />illustration of product to be supplied. Do not begin construction and installation until <br />products proposed for use are approved. <br /> <br />B. Provide manufacturer's warranties as applicable. <br /> <br />C. Prepare "As-Built" drawings on reproducible bases which show deviations from the <br />contract drawings. The "As-built" drawings shall also indicate and show approved <br />substitutions of size, material and manufacturer's name and catalog number. Two copies <br />of the drawings and one reproducible mylar shall be submitted before final acceptance of <br />Work. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.01 PVC PIPE <br /> <br />A. PVC pipe shall be virgin, high impact, polyvinyl chloride pipe which shall be continuously <br />and permanently marked with the manufacturer's name, material, size, and schedule or <br />type. Pipe shall conform to U.S. Department of Commerce Commercial Standard CS 207- <br />60 or latest revision. Material shall conform to all requirements of Commercial Standard <br />(CS,256-63) or latest revision. <br /> <br />B. Main line, sleeves, and laterals shall be SCH 40 PVC conforming to ASTM D, 1785. <br /> <br />2.02 GALVANIZED PIPE <br /> <br />A.
