Additionally, we find <br />it is important to have the operations team playa primary role during both the Pre Construction and Construction <br />processes. Therefore, Ed Fallin would be involved from start to finish. As Project Executive, he has the ability to <br />make the decisions necessary at the project site to ensure prompt response and decisiveness, and has extensive <br />Sunny Isles Beach experience. <br /> <br />The Pre-Construction efforts would be supported by both Tom C. Murphy and Les O'Bryan. Other pre-construction <br />and estimating team members will work along with them to assist with support services. The Preconstruction team <br />has worked on the preconstruction and estimating for several garages in the past few years. Experience has made <br />us understand the importance of exploring all available systems. The discussions and research into multiple sys- <br />tems, suppliers and companies has created great price competition. Recently, the exploration of a pored in place <br />system significantly reduced the cost of the pre cast. Additionally, with a true understanding of the clients needs, we <br />have been able to meet them with the most competitive price available. <br /> <br />Mr. Brent Coble would be assigned as the PM and will be the primary point of field contact during construction. <br />He and Ed Fallin work closely together during all phases of construction. Hence, Brent will also be involved with <br />the project during pre-construction so that he is aware of the factors that shaped the decisions made at this stage. <br />Involvement of operations personnel this early in the projects greatly assists in eliminating change orders and mis <br />understanding of the Owners desire's. <br /> <br />IE Coastal <br /> <br />RFQ No. 09-03-01 Heritage Park and Parking Garage <br /> <br />10 <br />
