<br />committed for each project in order to assure a successful completion. Mr. Whiteman's

<br />Mr. Murphy has worked for Coastal his entire career starting at an entry level posi-
<br />tion and progressing through the organization in roles including PE, Assistant Project
<br />Manager, PM, Superintendent, and Estimator. Tom's strong experience in the field has
<br />provided him with the necessary knowledge to excel as the VP for Pre-construction.
<br />He is a consensus builder and collaborates with Owners and Architects to help achieve
<br />project goals. Currently, Tom is responsible for all bidding and estimating of projects
<br />including conceptual and preliminary stages, and for hard bid projects. He is in charge
<br />of value engineering, plan analysis, computerized estimating systems, subcontractor
<br />development, and initial project development.
