<br /> <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br />Consisted of an extensive phasing plan, which required <br />continual coordination between the Construction Teams <br />in order not to interrupt Hospital Operations. Phase 1 of <br />the .proJect ~onsis~ed of a new pre-cast Parking Garage, 5 <br />stories In height with the capacity to expand 2 more stories <br />for a total of 7. This creative engineering allowing for future <br />growth required over 700 piles and more than 60 pile <br />caps. Additionally the parking facility required steel bridge <br />superstructure spanning over 180 feet in length in order to <br />allow the pedestrian safe access into the Hospital. Phase <br />2 consisted of building an Oxygen Tank Farm in order to <br />r~locate the main Oxygen and Nitrogen supply to the hospital <br />Without the affecting the existing and incoming patients. <br /> <br />Dollar Value of Project <br />$17,804,520 <br /> <br />Client Reference <br />Public Health Trust <br />Jose Vega <br />(Owner's Representative) <br />Corradino Architects <br />(305) 970.3682 <br /> <br />GTI CENTRAL COLLECTIONS PLAZA <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br />Construction of new toll collection facilities, parking revenue <br />control system, roadways and infrastructure encompassing <br />a 12 acre site within Miami International Airport. <br />Scope of Work; GTI Central Collections Plaza Project was <br />a 2001 Contract which at that time had a value of 23 Million <br />dollars, the project consisted of 11 acres of demolition, tree <br />relocation, underground utilities, earthwork, roadwork and <br />the construction of a new Parking Revenue Control F~cility <br />comparable to a highway toll facility, which included a new <br />plaza with 1 acre of colored pavers installed over reinforced <br />concrete aprons, a 17,000 sf administration building, 16 exit <br />lanes, 6 entry lanes and 6 remote entry gates. All work was <br />done at the main entrance of Miami International Airport <br />while maintaining full access to and through the elevated <br />parking garage system for Airport patrons. <br /> <br />MCM self performed the following scope of work: <br />. Major Upgrades to Flamingo and Dolphin Parking <br />Garages including resurfacing of all levels, new <br />signalization, etc. <br />. Demolition of Existing Roadways, Bridges, and UIG <br />Structures <br />. Installation of 5000+ lin. Ft. of water mains <br />. Installation of 200+/- Drainage Structures and 4000 lin. ft <br />of related piping <br />. Excavation and Concrete Placement at 5000+ lin. Ft of <br />Electrical Ductbank <br />.
