<br />us for their construction needs from renovations to "ground up" building. Our
<br />commitment to executive involvement and client satisfaction with a no-nonsense,
<br />focused approach is key to the success of our projects.

<br />As a locally-owned and -staffed firm, when Thornton Construction takes on civic
<br />projects we make the most of our knowledge of local regulations and processes.
<br />We are well versed in the minority hiring preferences and prevailing wage
<br />requirements of regional governments. We routinely handle warranty items,
<br />bonding requirements, and security issues such as special permits and badges
<br />that working in controlled areas necessitates.

<br />We also draw from a pool of staff experienced in the construction of courthouses,
<br />city halls, jails, juvenile justice systems, community centers, libraries, stadiums,
