3. N&J Construction is based at 4990 SW 72 Ave Suite 104 Miami, FL 33155 a. We currently have field offices at two active projects: i. Miami Gardens Community Center 3000 NW 199 Street Miami Gardens, FI 33169 ii. Port of Miami Garage "D" 1400 N. Cruise Blvd Miami, FI 33132 4. N&J Construction will conduct all of the pre-construction from its corporate offices listed in item 3. Once construction begins, we will locate a field office in or around the immediate vicinity of the project as logistics allow. 5. N&J Construction's success is based on the hands on involvement of both managing partners. One of the partners will regularly attend all project's progress meetings, which means the City of Sunny Isles Beach will have direct contact with one of the two partners on a weekly basis. Resumes of the following persons are attached. . John Perez-Gurri, President (Estimating & Purchasing) . Enrique Gaston, Vice President (Director of Construction) . Patricia Pino, Executive Assistant N&J anticipates having one of these two superintendents available to start the Heritage Park and Parking Garage. . Alvaro Pastrana, Superintendent . Manga Ebbe, Superintendent 6. John Perez-Gurri will start the project process in estimating, procurement and, if possible value engineering. He will maintain an active role throughout construction. Enrique Gaston will perform the project management on the project. His qualifications in safety, quality control and scheduling will be evident in the project as it progresses. Alvaro Pastrana will perform the onsite project supervision. His construction knowledge and recent parking garage experience will prove invaluable in ensuring a quality project. Juan Maya or Michael Perez-Gurri will be assisting Alvaro in the daily supervision and coordination of work.
