History of Firm, including ownership and key management Soares Da Costa was founded in 1918 in Porto, Portugal. By adopting the most-up to date construction techniques and with ten skilled carpenters, Jose Soares Da Costa embarked in the conquest of the construction market, his vision, to provide high quality projects to his Clients and to consistently provide them with exceptional client service. The Company grew and took on works of greater responsibility and specialization, by the mid-sixties; Soares Da Costa was already the leader of the building industry in Portugal and had gained a very strong reputation for quality building construction. With the international expansion of the Company, and with many years of proven experience, the name Soares Da Costa came to be linked to great construction undertakings at home and abroad. In 1994 Soares Da Costa started operations in the United States opening the Miami office. Since the opening we have successfully completed over 750 million dollars worth of work in South and Central Florida over the past nine (9) years, including 275 million of Educational Facilities work. Soares Da Costa expanded operations to the Central and North Florida area with the opening of our Orlando Office in 2007. Soares Da Costa is a full service management design and construction organization, which compendium of services offered include, Construction Management, Building and Civil Construction, inclusive of Soares Da Costa experience and expertise in all delivery methods, G.C., DIB, CM and CM @ Risk wi GMP. A summary of any company changes that are anticipated to occur during the Project. Soares Da Costa Contractor, Inc has currently converted into a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We have recently submitted for the changes to be made on our company licenses. Once we receive our new licenses a copy will be sent to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. 3.
