Peon Architect, on behalf of my client Navarro Discount Pharmacy <br />do hereby request a variance approval of conditional use of a Liquor Store as part of the <br />existing store and to include an exterior sign for this new space. <br />This request is proposed as an adjoining Liquor Store with separate access from <br />the existing Discount Store, without increasing the existing building lot coverage. By <br />relocating the present office and security area to a second floor area inside the present <br />loading dock covered area, without affecting the present site plan. <br />This request is proposed with the assurance that this variance will be in <br />compliance with all pertinent codes and regulations and will be compatible with the <br />present land use and we propose to upgrade as part of this project to upgrade the present <br />landscaping of the site to conform to the site present quality and standards. <br /> <br />Hoping you review our variance request favorably to be able to provide a more <br />complete customer service to all your citizens and visitors of this area. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />George E.
