Currently Pios and Sons is bonded by an A rated bonding company and qualify for single bonds of approximately $1 million and an aggregate program of approximately $3 million. We here by declare that we exceed the minimum insurance requirements and have the financial wherewithal to take on a job of this scope. We own and operate enough equipment and have the qualified personnel to execute the terms set forth in the Agreement of the contract. Pios & Sons Enterprises, Inc. is not only currently a registered contractor with the City of Sunny Isles Beach but is proud and honored to call The City of Sunny Isles Beach home to its corporate offices. All applicable documentation including proof of insurances, business tax receipts, and copies of licensure are on file with the City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department and can be forwarded to the public works department upon request. Copies of requested documentation have been provided in this proposal package. This Letter of Intent binds Pios and Sons, Enterprises to the provisions set forth in the RFP NO. 09-06- 01, and shall remain in effect for a period of no less than 90 days. We also affirm that the prices contained in the submitted RFP Documents shall also remain in effect for 90 days of the day of submittal.
