I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ~ RFP NO. 09-11-01- Professional Design & Build Services For A Skateboard Park @ Town Center Park EXPERIENCE Tenex Enterprises, inc. , Who Skates and Biscayne Engineering are pleased to replay for the Professional Design & Build Services for a Skateboard park @ Town Center Park. Tenex will serve as the prime contractor on this project, while Who Skates will serve as sub-contractor and Biscayne Engineering will serve as prime engineering consultant. We feel that our team is uniquely qualified and ideal for this project because our technical expertise, local experience and our commitment to meet the project objections. Our team feels that its organizational approach and expertise will be the most cost effective and time sensitive for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Hamid Fouladi (Tenex Enterprises) will serve as Project Manager and Point of Contact between the contractor Led Team and The City of Sunny Isles Beach, As president of Tenex Enterprises, Inc, he has completed construction of various civil engineering projects for municipal clients throughout Southeast, Florida. Please refer to attached resume for extensive project experience and references. Tom Noble (Who Skates) will serve as skate park Chief designer and Builder. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, 17 year experience in ownership of skate parks and a lifetime passion for the sport of skateboarding he serves as an invaluable asset to our team. He has built and consulted on skate parks all over the United States. Co-Founder of Who Skates (Est. 1987) he brings a comprehensive knowledge of design and construction of skate parks that over 250,000 skaters have sampled. (References & Partial list of skate parks designed & built by Who Skates are attached) Albert R. Dett Barn P.E. (Biscayne Engineering Company, Inc.) will be responsible as Engineer of Record. As Director of Engineering for Biscayne Engineering Company, he has served as Civil EOR, Project Manager and Project Engineer for numerous projects in the South Florida Area spanning over 25 yea rs. Our team has a proven track record of on-budget, on time construction of similar projects for numerous other public clients. We look forward to the opportunity of meeting the members of the Selection Committee during the interview phase to further describe our understanding of the project and our approach to accomplish the necessary tasks. .., .
