West guarantees performance because they con- <br />trol all trade contracts. As a Construction Management At-Risk, West Construction can provide either a Guar- <br />anteed Maximum Price or Lump Sum Contract. By using a multiple big package approach, West Construc- <br />tion can fast-track or flash-track the project and provide the Owner with the building at the earliest possible <br />date for the lowest possible cost. <br /> <br />Design Build <br />West Construction delivers a group of qualified design, construction consultants and trade contractors <br />under their management.
