Preconstruct ion, Scheduling and <br />Planning. <br /> <br />Gregorio S. MartineZ! Superintendent: Civil Engineer with over 35 years offield <br />expertise, Gregorio will be on site 100% of the project duration, actually supervising all <br />aspects of the project, maintaining the schedule and budgets. <br /> <br />Lazaro Ramos/ Master Carpenter and Crew Supervisor. <br /> <br />4- Approach 1 Methodology <br /> <br />Preconstruction: ()nce we receive notice of award, we immediately notifY all subs to set <br />up a pre-construction meeting. The schedule for each and evelY trade is discussed and <br />agreed upon by all parties, the official Schedule and Critical Path are published Also <br />during this meeting we establish, temporary services, temporalY access, site security and <br />safety. <br />Permitting: Immediately all required logistics to obtain permitting take place. <br />Purchasing: Pre-Construction meeting is also the time to present the "Purchasing plan" <br />because of the different lead times involved Purchasing has its own Critical Path. <br />During Construction: The schedule is constantly monitored and subs and suppliers are <br />notified in advance that their services are about to be required, they must work according <br />to or ahead of their schedule when ever possible, delays on anyone's part must be made <br />up within 24 hrs. by an increase of man hours, equipment, material, whatever it takes, we <br />have not been late on a project in the past 20 years, as a matter of fact we have <br />completed appx: 80% of our projects ahead of time. <br /> <br />..2 <br /> <br />k1f\t.l\c ~~CT'O":> <br />IlFP.'
