The <br />applicant makes the necessary number of copies of the advertisement as required per number of <br />mailing labels, The copies and envelopes are then mailed out. We have found that it is more <br />cost efficient for the applicant to use a mailing house because they use bulk mail. The cost <br />associated with getting the names of the owners and the use of the mailing house service are paid <br />directly to the" respective companies. All these steps need to be done at least 10 days prior to the <br />public hearing date.
