We are now pleased to provide the enclosed response to the above captioned RFP. /""". ,,-!n addition to the enclosed proposal, I believe it is important to highlight some of the following ,.., unique enhanced insurance coverages in our proposal that are not generally included in other programs: I. PGIT's Property insurance program provides full replacement value limits for the perils of windstorm and hurricane on a "blanket" format without the inclusion of a potentially onerous coinsurance penalty condition. This extraordinary feature virtually eliminates the possibility of an underinsured or co-insured property insurance claim. 2. $5,000,000 Excess Flood Insurance is provided over and above the primary flood insurance provided by the National Flood Insurance Program. 3. A $2,500 payment is offered for legal fees ands assistance for reporting potential employee termination is also included as well as a $100,000 coverage limit for the defense of Non- Monetary claims, such as ethics hearings and recall petitions.
