17. Use of City Seal or Name. Contractor shall not use the name or official seal of the City in any promotional material without the prior written consent of the City. 18. Public Records. All documents produced by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement are subject to Florida's Public Records Law. Such documents shall be made available to the City upon its request 19. Notices.
