The paragraph relating to "Development Fees" shall be <br />Hans Ottinot amended to read as follows: <br />Ciiy Attorney <br />Jane A. Hines The City of Sunny Isles Beach agrees to waive building permit <br />Ciiy Clerk fees imposed by the City. The building permit fees imposed by <br />the City do not include fees imposed by other governmental <br />agencies.
