PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION <br />Action: Mayor Samson introduced Joanna Forbes Machado, a City resident, and he <br />congratulated her on having recently become a United States citizen. He asked Ms. Forbes <br />Machado to lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance .to the flag. <br /> <br />3. APPROV AL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />3A. Regular City Commission Meeting - January 17,2002. <br /> <br />3B. Special City Commission Meeting - January 29,2002. <br /> <br />3C. Special City Commission Meeting - February 5, 2002. <br /> <br />Action: Vice Mayor Iglesias moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br />vote of 5-0 in favor. <br />
