The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in <br />favor. <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />SA. Police Officer of the Month for November, 2001 - Lieutenant Rick Feisthammel. <br /> <br />Action: Police Chief Fred Maas introduced Lieutenant Rick Feisthammel, and read his <br />report designating Lieutenant Feisthammel as Police Employee of the Month for <br />November, 2001. ChiefMaas gave him a certificate and introduced Mrs. Feisthammel <br />and gave her a check. <br /> <br />6.
