ORDINANCES FOR FIRST READING <br /> <br />Sitting in as the Local Planning Agency and the City Commission, to Consider an <br />Ordinance Amending the Land Development Regulations (LDRs) <br /> <br />3A.1 A Resolution of the Local Planning Agency of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br />Recommending to the City Commission of Sunny Isles Beach, the Ordinance <br />Adding Section 265-37 of the Land Development Regulations, Relating to the <br />Creation of a Town Center Zoning District; Providing for Permitted Uses, Conditional <br />Uses and Prohibited Uses; Providing for Site Development Standards; Providing for <br />Architectural Design Minimum Requirements; Providing for General Design Standards; <br />Providing for Landscape and Open Space, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Providing for <br />an Effecti ve Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Mayor Edelcup reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Thaler seconded the motion.
