City Clerk Hines read <br />the title, and Mayor Edelcup noted that the revised Ordinance includes that it will be the <br />responsibility of the developer to bring the City a mock-up model in three-dimension, so <br />that when we are looking at receiving sites and doing site plan reviews, we can visually <br />see the impact on the site plans as it relates to the size of the buildings, the placement of <br /> <br />Page 5 of 11 <br />
