<br />Summary Minutes: Special City Commission Meeting September 28, 2006 <br />Second Budget Hearing <br /> <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Commissioner Thaler said we have a contract [Fortune] for under the Lehman, we should <br />specifically tell them where they can park, not up close which is what is happening now, we <br />should move them back. Commissioner Thaler said we can change the color, or something, <br />so that we know that is Fortune's area, and Mr. Solera said that we have a decal specifically <br />that says they are Fortune and in which lot. Commissioner Thaler said under the Lehman <br />what is happening is that they get there early and they park right next to the booth, he wants <br />them to move to the back and let the people going to the beach park in the front. City <br />Manager Szerlag said we can do that. Ms. Simpson said the Ordinance states that there is a <br />12-hour maximum at a metered parking space and asked ifthe Commission wanted to leave <br />it as is, and the Commission said to leave it at 12-hours. <br /> <br />4. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Commissioner Goodman moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting, and Mayor Edelcup adjourned it at 6:59 p.m. <br />~.
