A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Approving a Software License Agreement and a Companion Software Support Agreement with Sungard HTE Inc., in an Aggregate Amount Not to Exceed $505,805.61, to Provide for the Automation and Intergration of Police Telecommunications Software and Related Software Technical Support; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said Agreements; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate the Terms of this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title and Police Captain Michael Grandinetti reported noting that this would be funded through the Forfeiture Fund. Public Speakers: none Commissioner Goodman moved and Vice Mayor Brezin seconded a motion to approve the resolution. Resolution No. 2006-919 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. 10F. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing the Purchase of Computer Servers, Workstations, and Other Related Hardware and Software from Dell for the Police Department, Under State of Florida IT Hardware Contract #250-000-03-1, in a Total Amount Not to Exceed $20,489.46, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title and Police Captain Michael Grandinetti reported noting that this would be funded through the Forfeiture Fund. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing the Chief of Police, in Accordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 to Expend $738,241.20 from the Federal Forfeiture Fund for the Purposes as Set Forth Herein; Providing for an Effective Date.
