<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting March 20, 2008 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />Development Rights Bank ("Bank"). (An adjustment shall be made for a decrease of <br />13,143 square feet and seven (7) dwelling units from the City's Transfer Development <br />Rights Bank). <br /> <br />(Deferred at the request of Applicant) <br /> <br />Action: Community Development Director Robert Solera said that the Applicant's attorney <br />requested a 90-day deferral on this item as well as the related Item lOA. He also said that <br />the City is thankful to the property owner for the steps they have taken in removing the <br />structure that was situated on the property which was in disrepair. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: Lynn Dannheisser, Esq. <br /> <br />Lynn Dannheisser, Esq., representing the Applicant, asked for a 90-day deferral for this item <br />and the companion Item lOA as they are still working with the Miami-Dade County Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Thaler moved and Commissioner Scholl seconded a motion to defer this item <br />and Item lOA to the June 19,2008 Commission meeting, and the motion was approved <br />by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />7.
