The deterioration due to ordinary use and wear is <br />expected and exempt from this Warranty. <br /> <br />It is clearly understood that where guarantees or warranties are written in any section of the specifications, provided <br />for in the subcontract agreement, or provided for by a manufacturer, for a period of more than one (1) year, such <br />longer tenns shall apply. <br /> <br />Nothing in the above shall be deemed to imply that this warranty shall apply to work which has been abused, or <br />neglected by the Owner, or shows evidence of changes, or modifications by others with or without permit, damages <br />caused by the acts of God, building settlement or moving, ftre or vandalism. <br /> <br />:t1!!ilJlqy <br /> <br />Title: President /; <br />v <br /> <br />Print Name Richard G.
