© InterFleet <br />Microsoft Virtual Earth <br />RFP No. 11 -12 -01 <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />In addition to standard North American Map Data and utilizing Customer owned Map Data, the <br />InterFleet® application offers Microsoft Virtual Earth as an additional mapping tool. <br />Vehicle Identification <br />Each vehicle will have a unique identifier that includes the vehicle's identifying number based on <br />agency nomenclature. Vehicle icons can be selected by based on vehicle type from a wide <br />selection of .gif images provided by InterFleet® for consideration. <br />Display of Vehicle Information <br />When the cursor is placed over the vehicle icon, the last fix information from that vehicle will be <br />automatically displayed in a pop -up window. Each vehicle has unique information displayed in <br />this window based on the telematic information being retrieved. All information, including vehicle <br />ID, time, date, direction, speed, and other sensor data, is displayed in this window. This data is <br />also displayed when the cursor is placed over breadcrumbs left during both live and historical <br />vehicle playback. <br />XML Interface (Optional) <br />InterFleet® includes an encrypted .XML interface from which the agency can write an application <br />to query the database for real -time data. The format of this file will be pre- defined and verified <br />prior to activation. In this way, users can access all pertinent vehicle data and have it stored on a <br />separate database should they need to access the information in future.
